@airindia Had a pleasant experience in my flight to Tokyo . Lounge was great ,Boarding was seamless and pleasant , Cabin experience was good .Only improvement suggested would be to allow boarding and disembarking by aero bridge as it was very inconvenient

@onsitego horrible customer service experience, not honouring AMC , no callback or response to calls , no one attends calls or helps . Service engineer demands extra money and no one to respond when customer care is contacted . Will Never buy AMC from u in the future
