@timricketts_ If anything they need the letter done and sent to GP more urgently. Self discharge- so likely already unwell & higher risk of deterioration/re-presenting.
@meghanttucker Toothpaste- last month grown ups and last week for the kids
Wardrobe- did 70%of the back to school shop a week ago
Underwear- always
Dental & eye- shared family Google calendar so neither/both of us do it.
Birthdays- never, even before partnering up I was awful at that
My 6year old daughter is donating her hair to @LPTrustUK for wigs for children with cancer. Please share and donate to her gofundme

@DrBenLovell My 6 year old has gotten into them- we listen to them on Audible whenever we are in the car…
Now whenever we get home she wants to sit in the car for an extra few minutes to finish ‘just a tiny bit more’. Obsessed with Enid Blyton and Roald Dahl.
@Dr_DeanS @RebeccaAn5ell I had the same issue with plasterboard plugs. Particularly for shelves/heavy things. Try these- they can take a lot of weight

@DrJSherrington A coin to keep and a coin to eat. £1 + chocolate coin (chocolate treat because the teeth were regularly brushed & in excellent condition)
@NeelyMozawala I drew a ring, took it to a jeweller & had them convert it into a proper design. chose the stone & had it made
Why on earth would you want to use a fake ring? So much sentiment can go into a ring!
My wife loved it. And loved the thought and effort that had gone into it
@Microbedoc2 @TharushaGunawa4 Something that doesn’t require too much attention (while you are getting into it) & then build up.
I started with Stephen fry reading Harry Potter- which was a good intro for me. Had it on while doing chores around the house.
Now I can listen to things that require more attention
@DrJSherrington I installed on recentl myself. Quick DIY job… screw off the cistern inlet and put a T-shaped thingy bob to give you and extra outlet and screw it back on!
Highly recommend doing it! It is life changing
£18.69 on Amazon prime day today
@DoctorRach13 We used repellent stickers off Amazon- 7/10 still the odd bite & they left marks on the clothes but very easy to carry.
Next time used own brand @BootsUK (repel
Maximum) but put it on the clothes rather than the skin and it was quite effective
@Dr_F_Khalil@drgandalf52 It would be like saying GPs only work 30hours because the rest is admin
Also trainees should -in any specialty- have finite hours and work within these. If most GPs have to work a lot more than their paid hours the issue is the post-qualification role rather than the training.
@drgandalf52 No it Does the job but doesn’t prepare you
-hospital posts felt like service provision with either no teaching or specialist procedures etc that can’t be used in GP
-exams right til the end so no time to focus on the actual day2day job
-need more fellowships but not compulsory
