@TheKoshurDoc Azelastine Fluticasone is an antihistaminic/ corticosteroid combination, unlikely to cause rhinitis medicamentosa, rebound congestion is what i understand. Other OTC nasal sprays with xylometazoline cause vasoconstriction and lead to the above.

@MC_Adilabad sir, shocked to see horrible waste disposal system. D2D garbage collection vehicle is coming only once per week. Driver says he comes every alternate day, but they are not coming. No designated waste disposal areas available too.
