@FZMarques BTW, seems I have finally cured myself from the "catching up" delusion – just accepted I'll never spend as much time on reading/thinking/mind clearing as before (and don’t want to). 20/80 rule, strict task selection, shorter work hrs with max focus. Less papers, more Lego bricks!

Gosh the “promoted” content is so garbage: I mostly follow cardio&physio, so they recommend me… fat burners! 🤷🏻‍♂️
