I just can’t deal with Notion any more because of how much bloat it’s become, but conceptually speaking, this is pretty much how I led and trained 6 locations (~33 employees) of an Apple Premium Service Partner in West Germany since 2019. Works wonderfully well!

We used MeisterTask back then, later I switched to Todoist.
