@SNYGiants Trying to call Trump a racist is not the message that should be sent. Different views and philosophies have filled all locker rooms. Finding a way to unite regardless of those differences is the correct way to respond.
@SNYGiants I could not care less if he took a once in a lifetime opportunity to meet the President . However, I am concerned about his ability to articulate and the fact he called New Jersey a city (it’s a state). That’s plain dumb. Dumb is not good for a QB.
@esidery This is a dishonest quote you used for engagement. That’s not all what he was saying. Perhaps the word “responsibility” was poorly used but the sentiment was completely different. It was a well articulated apology and understanding that all that matters is football. GFY
@1NCRDB1 Ow that this has gone off the rails I hope you have learned a valuable lesson…..just shut the fuck up and worry about football and don’t give in to gossip queen bullshit!
@Gruntbaseball He strikes out too much and he needs more time. Rushing guys up is what kills confidence. But allowing players to get a taste of major league pitching is a very good thing. I think Yankee brass handled this situation perfectly. Get him back down to AAA before he gets crushed.
@postcrabcore 5. He can overcome this and he can be just as good as he was pre injury. But there is only so much a person can do to overcome an injury. If it doesn’t heal right it doesn’t heal right. So he may lose some explosiveness and cutting ability. But he can still be a good WR.
@EvanandTikiWFAN 6-11 is the acceptable record for year one with a new coach. Less than that and Joe Scheon is gone. Best record is 8-9 if all goes well.
@WFAN660 The pressure on this kid is enormous. Now you add in competition from the guy he’s replacing and the guy behind him? Plus he’s a Jersey kid? Pressure is unimaginable! He just needs some solid support in that dugout or front office. Real support, not that fake media shit.
@WFAN660 Yes! It’s very concerning! But if anyone can overcome this it’s a guy like Nabers. He’s got that quiet fire inside him. It may take more time than expected but he’ll be back
@WFAN660 Because the fire always goes out eventually and this team is a .500 team that plays .600 ball against the bottom of the league. That’s why. They built a team that will win a lot of games against bad or mediocre teams and will lose against top tier pitching. Same old story.
@WFAN660@EvanRobertsWFAN Would love if the FAN would try Tiki with McGonical. Upside would be real sports talk and genuine criticism. Downside would be it could get incredibly boring. But I would love to listen to it just once. Evan and Carton are entertainers and instigators. It’s old.
@Davidbackfornow@CarlBanksGIII Yes it is. It means he may not be back until January. It means the damage may have been more significant than previously disclosed. It means the recovery is not going smoothly. That means there are questions about his availability and the timetable for his return.
