From championing H4-EAD to playing a critical role in lifting Senator Durbin's hold on the Fairness for Skilled Immigrants Act, IV has been the cornerstone of a unified advocacy movement. They've transformed how skilled immigrants navigate complex immigration challenges.

I’m reaching out to all of you to submit thoughtful, constructive questions you’d like answered by IV. While being in the immigration backlog is undeniably frustrating, I urge you to remember that many IV members have been tirelessly working behind the scenes, even when progress isn't immediately visible.

This was my 1st visit to washington dc.

i didn't know the scope of problem of legal high skilled immigration until i met this really smart kid 16 yrs old who came to do advocacy for himself.

he came to america with his parents as a legal high skilled immigrant when he was 6 months old.

parents are educated, have great jobs but stuck in 100+ yrs of wait for a green card. because of his parents in backlog, he can't work anywhere - he is discriminated in getting scholarships, or opportunities to play sports for america.

everyday in school, he is getting discriminated. and he doesn't know why.

america is the only home he knows since his parents haven't been able to even travel back to india.

the kid was depressed since america says he can't stay here.

that opened my eyes since i realized this kid is literally an alien on this planet.

he can't relate to india and he can't live at his home in america.

since that day, my mission changed from fighting for my green card to fighting for a better future for this kid.

this kid deserves the universe and we will make it happen. 🚀

The weak Indian immigrant lobby is the cause of aging out kids.

Parents of many of these kids don't even stand up for themselves or their kids.

That's why modern slavery is spreading.

It has gone to 2 generations.

From parents to their kids on H1B.

And these parents are waiting for someone to come save them and their kids.

Immigrant rights are like civil rights.

These kids are the biggest example showing human rights are not respected in America.

The most common question I have been asked during my campaign to travel to all the fifty states to spread awareness on the discrimination faced by high-skilled workers based on their country of birth was 'What am I going to do once I am done traveling to all the 50 states?'

Join me on 28th July as I reveal what's next.

My earlier campaign was to spread awareness on the issue but in turn I have learned a lot. I will share why there is a lack of significant advocacy, what are the shortcomings of people directly impacted by the issue, what things are in way of solving these and a master plan to overcome all of these.

Children of long term visa holders who age out or lose status leave the country to avoid becoming undocumented in more than 99% of cases.

Actions like the D3 waiver for daca recipients and dreamers cannot be claimed as also helping age outs.

@ajainb @POTUS 1. The situation of H4 kids is pathetic. They are not allowed to do any internships or research. Not eligible for scholarships. Need to think of changing status from H4 to F1 . Fear of Aging out and deportation.

We have to create a united front.

That's the only way we can win and get our human rights.

We need to make this issue a national issue.

And then we transfer our votes on one side.

It's all politics. The divided people can never win and the united people always win.
