@iftcentre I've manage to keep all 4 from within my career, Cromwell, Cairns, Gallet and Rosenbaur. Proud of each of them but they all have different stories and scrapes. The Cromwell is the ultimate for me though and always will be.

Yesterday I completed 30 years in the fire service. 30 years ago today I took my first nervous steps in to an amazing career. Good luck to Trainee Course 52/2020 who start their own journeys on Monday.

@jwestjourno @helenhayes_ Surely this is an abuse by banks/lenders/ FRA's. The RICS EWS1 form is for high rise (over 18m), low rise buildings (under 18m) do not need normally need a EWS1. This is an issue for RICS to adapt and clarify to prevent this abuse, not government?

@BendyBill @PeteApps @steve151999 A simplistic explanation is that 'stay put' policies work and people outside the fire compartment are safe in their own compartment. Unfortunately the use of combustible external cladding is a new thing and 'stay put' will need adapting in affected buildings, waking watches etc

Maybe for another 20 plus storey high rise cladded in flammable materials 'stay put' will be changed but will not be adapted for other single escape route properties, IT ACTUALLY WORKS!
