It feels like there’s an old man slowly peeling himself off the ground or gingerly hobbling back to the huddle on every 49ers play, and then you look up and they have 500 yards of offense.
Is Jayden Daniels officially the DUMBEST quarterback in the entire league!?!? It’s 4th & 2 and you throw the ball out of the end zone and walk off the field with a stupid smirk on your face. 100% inexcusable.
Tampa Bay vs Milwaukee is the funniest possible World Series to happen three months before a “we need a salary cap to save the sport” lockout so I support it
@NFLosophy They’re both really good. Sad that Buck isn’t going to bat for Aikman like Troy did for him. I will admit that Buck is better at his job than Aikman is at his.
UCLA did the same thing the previous weekend at Autzen, and they didn’t blow a lead they’d held all game long.
This is overcorrecting and overreacting to something that’s fairly trivial imo.
Interesting. Changing to a playoff format just for “end of season hype” was really misguided in my opinion. I really wish they would go back to the old format of just totaling the points over the course of the season. It makes *every* race matter equally throughout the year. Like Mark Martin said, it’s not a sport conducive to playoffs. You don’t “play” in racing. The best driver throughout the season on a variety of track types should be the champion.
I remember in the lows of the Frost era when talking about the level of competency of that coaching staff, you quoted Michael Douglas in The American President: “We have serious problems to solve, and we need serious people to solve them”. And you said you didn’t think Nebraska had enough serious people in that building.
That still sticks with me to this day. I’m still not sure we have enough serious people in that building.
Another NFL overtime game. Another loss for the team that won the coin toss and elected to kick off. Eight overtime games this season. Teams choosing to kick off after winning the toss have ONE fucking win. ONE!
That's 1–7, a whopping 12.5% winning percentage.
At what point do you idiots stop defending the theory and start paying attention to the actual results?
You win the toss, voluntarily hand the football to your opponent, and put your defense on the field with the game on the line but please, keep explaining how it's brilliant. Apparently, losing seven out of eight is the new definition of genius.
@UofMeatChicken@vikingzfanpage Yeah I shouldn’t have expected a pre-pubescent incel Michigan fan to be able to read a whopping 6 sentences consecutively.
It was 34 to 10 when he entered the game. I’ve been supportive of McCarthy, saw promise in him, wanted Minnesota to continue developing him as the starter, and was highly critical of how O’Connell handled it. Most Vikings fans want JJ to succeed elsewhere to prove KOC wrong for his hypocrisy about how “bad organizations fail young quarterbacks”, myself included. But any quarterback in the league can move the ball against a prevent defense. He also threw an egregious interception. I’m rooting for him but this isn’t the performance to take a victory lap on yet.
