Who’s getting fed up with retailers like @marksandspencer and #Hush talking about their “Linen” which isn’t at all, it’s all Linen Blends! Yuk! What’s happened to good old 100% proper Linen please? It lasts forever & you feel cool as your skin can breathe!
@PetplanUK I’m paying over £320 a MONTH for 2 dogs yet I have to submit claims online then chase them every time! Now find the No1 Ins Co uses India for CS can’t hear them or understand them. Now on day 15 for claim not even started! Disgusting🤬
Looks like everyone is complaining about @marksandspencer not surprising. I’ve had enough too. After at least 50+ years of loyal custom I’m closing my account & not shopping there again. CS lie, no refund on faulty item on day 17 they don’t care! Disgusted 😡
@marksandspencer@mrsbudgie I’ve never had a birthday treat and to be honest with the way M&S is treating their customers I don’t want one, it’s a smack in the teeth. They need to start improving other things first like refunding returns in a few days!
Do not buy from @marksandspencer return policy does not even start for 10 “working” days when u send back then u have to wait another 10 days fr process & bank they do it on purpose to keep your money as long as poss had mine 17 days so far on faulty item to!
@LornaMa36402231 I make a point of taking competitive store bags into stores. If they want us to spend loads of loot and then advertise their competitors with it in it, great, happy to help!
@marksandspencer So here we are 14 days after rtn still no refund. Went 2 store where returned spoke 2 mgr agreed I should have been given refund but now had to wait 4 process 2 run! This is wrong legally im entitled 2 my money & compensation Don’t even know where item is?😡
@marksandspencer if you want to be sure your online order is returned for a refund DONT return it by post or any other method other than handing it to a store assistant and getting an immediate refund! M&S can’t track it in those 10 days to their warehouse!
@marksandspencer@Ho Moral of this DO NOT take online orders back to anywhere other than main stores at M&S as unless u put through till M&Scan’t track until it reaches warehouse as it depends when it’s collected. Could take7 days then 10+ before it gets processed & 5+to bank.

@marksandspencer@Ho So went to a main store spoke to Mgr she ckd acct saw item had only been collected 3 days ago/5 days after drop off. now have to wait 7 more days to process that’s 15 days from handing to u. Mgr agreed mistake not 2 give refund at time but now can’t help! 😡
@marksandspencer Your CS @HO had a chance 4 that waffled, repeating same old script. Could not answer questions refused to use any discretion. Bottom line if item is faulty +ucan’t get to main store a) u don’t track until reaches warehouse then15/20 day wait 4 refund!
@marksandspencer Bet your not! You can’t track known returned faulty items until rec’d at warehouse (10 days) but email says you can, then 5 more days to process plus more to get to bank when refund should be given on receipt of faulty goods. Excuse to just hold our money!😡
@marksandspencer People should be aware when they send online orders back the email they get confirming receipt confirms nothing! Until parcel gets to the warehouse you actually don’t know what they have sent as the order number means nothing- great system 🤷♀️
@marksandspencer Refusing a refund for a faulty item & making me wait 20 days for it when it hasn’t even been processed properly is just another sign of your declining company. You had discretion but clearly money is more important than keeping customers.
@marksandspencer You may be selling other brands on your website but charging over 20% more for the same item does nothing to lure us in when we can go direct to the brand and buy it cheaper! Try again Marks we are not stupid!
