SK하이닉스, 그룹 전용기 지분 잇단 확보… 미국 사업 확대 영향

SK하이닉스가 SK이노베이션과 SK텔레콤이 보유한 업무용 항공기 지분을 잇달아 인수하며 그룹 내 전용기 소유 비중을 확대한다. 인공지능(AI) 반도체 호황으로 미국 사업 비중이 급격히 커지면서 경영진의 해외 출장 수요 증가에 대응하기 위한 조치로 풀이된다.

26일 업계에 따르면 SK하이닉스는 오는 7월 1일 SK이노베이션과 SK텔레콤이 보유한 업무용 항공기 A319(2호기) 지분을 각각 약 249억원, 149억원에 양수한다고 공시했다. 총 양수 규모는 약 398억원이다. 회사는 양수 목적에 대해 ‘글로벌 비즈니스 효율성 제고’라고 설명했다.

업계에서는 최근 SK하이닉스의 미국 사업 확대가 이번 지분 재편의 배경이라고 보고 있다. SK하이닉스의 지난해 미국 지역 매출은 66조8851억원으로 전체 매출의 68.9%를 차지했다. 주요 고객사인 엔비디아를 비롯해 AMD, 구글, 메타 등 글로벌 빅테크 대부분이 미국에 집중돼 있다.

특히 AI 반도체 시장 주도권 경쟁이 치열해지면서 고객사와의 긴밀한 협업 필요성도 커지고 있다. 고대역폭메모리(HBM)를 비롯한 첨단 AI 메모리는 고객 맞춤형 개발과 공급 일정 조율이 중요해 경영진과 핵심 임원들의 미국 출장이 크게 늘어난 것으로 알려졌다.

SK하이닉스는 미국 현지 투자도 확대하고 있다. 회사는 미국 인디애나주에 어드밴스드 패키징 공장을 건설 중이며, 올해 초에는 AI 솔루션 사업을 담당할 ‘AI 컴퍼니’(가칭)를 미국에 설립했다. 다음 달에는 미국주식예탁증서(ADR) 나스닥 상장도 추진하고 있다.

카카오 노동조합이 예고대로 오는 29일 '로그아웃 데이'를 진행하기로 했습니다.

사측과 임금 교섭에서 합의에 이르지 못하면서 지난 10일 부분파업에 이어 추가 쟁의행위에 나서는 것입니다.

민주노총 전국화학섬유식품산업노동조합 카카오지회(크루유니언)는 26일 "(사측과) 교섭은 진행 중이나 합의할 수 있는 수준에 이르지 못했다"고 밝혔습니다.

노조가 말하는 '로그아웃 데이'는 조합원들이 전일 연차 또는 전일 오프(비근무 권한)를 사용해 하루 동안 업무를 하지 않는 방식으로, 업무 시스템에서도 로그아웃합니다.

쟁의행위에 참여하는 법인은 교섭이 결렬된 카카오, 카카오페이, 카카오엔터프라이즈, 디케이테크인, 엑스엘게임즈 등 5개 법인입니다.

업계에 따르면 현재 카카오 본사 노조 조합원 수는 그룹 전체 조합원 수(5000여명)의 절반인 2500여명으로 알려졌습니다.

여기에 계열사 4개 법인 조합원 수까지 더하면 참여 규모가 최대 3000명 안팎에 이를 수 있다는 관측도 나옵니다.

[속보] ‘깐부’ 오영수, 4년 만에 강제추행 ‘무죄’ 확정

넷플릭스‘오징어게임’의 ‘깐부 할아버지’로 인지도를 얻은 배우 오영수의 강제추향 사건이 무죄로 마무리된 것으로 파악됐다. 약 4년에 걸친 법정 다툼 끝에 강제추행 혐의를 최종적으로 벗은 것이다.

대법원 제3부(주심 오석준 대법관)는 25일 강제추행 혐의로 기소된 오영수에 대한 검찰 상고를 기각한 것으로 26일 확인됐다. 이로써 1심 유죄 판결을 뒤집고 무죄를 선고한 2심 판결이 그대로 확정됐다.

사건은 약 9년 전으로 거슬러 올라간다. 2017년 오영수는 2017년 여름 연극 ‘리어왕’ 공연을 위해 대구에 머물던 중, 산책로에서 극단 후배 여성 단원 A씨를 껴안고 A씨의 주거지 앞에서 볼에 입맞춤하는 등 두 차례 강제추행한 혐의로 2022년 11월 불구속 기소됐다. 당시 오영수는 “손을 잡은 것은 맞지만, 추행은 아니다”라며 혐의를 부인했다.

1심은 유죄로 판단했다. 수원지법 성남지원 형사6단독 정연주 판사는 2024년 3월 오영수에게 징역 8개월에 집행유예 2년, 성폭력 치료프로그램 40시간 이수를 선고했다. 1심 재판부는 “피해자의 일기장과 상담 내용이 이 사건과 상당 부분 부합하며, 진술이 일관되고 경험하지 않으면 할 수 없는 내용”이라고 판시했다.

판단은 항소심에서 뒤집혔다. 수원지법 형사항소6부는 지난해 11월 원심을 파기하고 무죄를 선고했다. 2심 재판부는 “피해자 진술이 ‘입맞춤을 시도했다’에서 ‘입맞춤했다’로 바뀌는 등 시간 흐름에 따라 기억이 왜곡됐을 가능성이 있다”며 “포옹 강도만으로는 강제추행이 성립하기 어렵다”고 판단했다.

당시 오영수 측은 선고 직후 “현명한 판결을 해주신 재판부에 감사하다”고 했다. 반면 피해자 측은 “성폭력의 발생 구조와 위계 구조를 굳건히 하는 데 일조하는 부끄러운 선고”라고 반발했다.

검찰은 2심 무죄에 불복해 지난해 11월 법리오해 등을 이유로 상고했으나 대법원은 이번 판결에서 이를 받아들이지 않았다.
