working with that guy really hard. He doesnt trust his employee, but he leaada the company. That hard

I dont want to point a person, but I have a boss (not leader) that very narcisstic. He always talking how great that he was. Never listen other suggestions. I dont know if maybe he gettin betrayed on the past with his employee or its his habit

For the long time working on a different companies more than a decade, I expericencing working with a leader and a boss.. Its for sure really different..

Working on a long period in a company is not a bad thing. You would watch how the company growing or collapsing. Both would be gave you experiences

its all about take and give.. If the company need 50%, Employee need 50% or more.. and appreciate that employee because he/she give taht 50%.. And company need to give back that 50% to boost the confidence of that employee

how about employee? Employee also need to listen what their leader aim. Help the leader see the end of that aim. Achieve that thing together. Be a good employee and give the best that you have

CEO is the person who that have capability to see the talent of his employee, and how to maintain that employee to be a good person, trust them with their ideas with manner, congrats them if they doing good, talking off the forum if had dissapointment
