@VerizonSupport Update: They still have done NOTHING to fix the problem. They scheduled an appointment to troubleshoot (AGAIN) on a day and time I was unavailable. Apparently, over 6 hours of my time hasn't been enough. When I told them that I would not be available, they did not respond. 😡

@VerizonSupport apparently Verizon likes to pay its employees to spend hours on end with customers doing absolutely NOTHING!! I have spent 6 hours in various phone calls, chats, and now social media to get the services I am paying for and literally nothing has been done.

@VerizonSupport THE worst customer service EVER!! They have wasted HOURS of my time, connected me with numerous dead ends, and literally hung up on me a number of times....all to fix a simple problem; my Disney+ bundle and my Apple music aren't working even though I am signed up.
