@Deepak_0002_ @Acer_India Thats the point. You do a lot of reasearch and invest a lot of time and energy figuring out which laptop to buy. And then this happens. Its better to buy a cheap laptop which gets the work done. Atleast you save your money.

@Acer_India @Deepak_0002_ I also have acer laptop bought from Flipkart. It had some motherboard issue. I wated to exchange it and for that I kept calling the Flipkart and Acer customer service.
This took place for 60 days but my laptop was not replaced. Never going to recommend Acer in this lifetime.
