@OmarioRpg You can play solo up to the endgame, unless you want to run dungeons (and those can be a lot of fun) but even then you have the Dungeon Finder tool which will just put a group together and teleport you to the dungeon. There's not much interaction using the DF so it feels solo
@OmarioRpg Oh yeah, I completely agree, I play WoW single mostly too - the only group content I do is raid with my guild and dungeons while leveling alts. I'm just saying that in SWTOR the typical MMO content - endgame, ops specifically - are really lacking when compared to, say, WoW.
@DuskDawnGirl I just want to remind y'all heretics that from an Eldar's point of view, coupling with a human - even a primarch - is an act of bestiality.
@starklyjd Weren't Janeway's dogs cocker spaniels too? I think we saw a photo of them sometime and they resembled CKs. I might be wrong though, haven't watched Voyager for a while.
@filrakowski 2/2 And most importantly - STAY IN THE TRENCHES. The biggest mistake a manager/team leader can do is to distance themselves from the day-to-day work of their team. You can't lead people effectively if there's a barrier between their day-to-day work and you.
@filrakowski 1/2 Do as little stereotypically managerial work as possible. Charts, numbers, amount of tasks - these are only useful on a meeting. Don't be a bureaucrat - be a trainer, a shotcaller, and an advocate.
