Is it normal for artists to do this for a piece that cost so much? Should I have tried to do something about it or am I supposed to use ref sheet that’s incorrect? Again, this normally wouldn’t be a big deal to me if the art was anything other than a ref sheet

Can I ask any artists that see this a genuine question? I paid $1000 for a ref sheet and the artist got the patterns on the back-facing ref wrong (they put the patterns on the wrong arms/legs). I didn’t get any color roughs so +

They never responded and still haven’t. I wouldn’t have really cared if this wasn’t a ref sheet and it hadn’t cost me $1000. To spend that much and get something incorrect just upset me so much I haven’t even used the art.
