Job numbers can be positive (good economy), and can be negative (no rate cut), simultaneously.
周五超预期的非农让市场选择向下,也侧面印证了当前美股的最小阻力方向是向下的,市场开启一波显著回调似乎在所难免,
当这波回调结束时,美股会形成一个非常理想的的长期买点。
Brand new week about to begin. This week Hong Kong and A-shares will focus on China November economic data on Monday, while the US market will focus on the FOMC decision.
Last week, there was a big disagreement among investors on the China economic policy expectations. From the flow, both bulls and bears actively increased their positions, with bulls more optimistic.
New week getting started.
This week is all about numbers in China: inflation on Monday, export on Tuesday, Economic Work Conference on Wednesday and Thursday, and financial data for November on Friday.
In the US, main focus on Wednesday's CPI release.
Will China come back?
no definite answer to that, but at least the KWEB bounce at 30 is on solid ground (check out yesterday's analysis).and the ETH as the third liquidity pool is showing good sentiment.
Hong Kong' and A-shares have taken steps back, but there's no need to worry. Here are four reasons why:
1. technical, KWEB 30 is a key support level, a bounce-back is easy here,
2. price, index is back before stimulus which were on the rise counting on steady growth from solid fundamentals,
3.liquidity, started to steady up in November,
4. flows, hedge funds aren't cutting their long positions or increasing short on China, on the public side, big drop in KWEB shares outstanding is a reasonable response to the policy package falling short. This adjustment is pretty much done now.
If the market picks up its original pace, for Hong Kong stocks, that pace has been upwards.
Also, China stimulate policy is clearly not a one-off deal this time.
In the Hong Kong stock market, the Hang Seng Index surged towards the 19,000-point level last week, but the flow of funds was not as enthusiastic as the index.
The gains in the Hong Kong stock market have come at a great cost, and market momentum is likely to weaken. Be cautious and protect your profits.
U.S. market up on Wed, with NVDA and SOXX/QQQ new highs,
However, market relying solely on semi is not sustainable, I'd rather keep an eye on Apple's next performance.
