The application is regarding an intimation for a protest on 10th October at Jantar Mantar. The protest was regarding the accountability of the CEC. This intimation was considered, and it was found that the intimation was given in a very short span of time, whereas as per the prescribed guideline, the intimation has to be received 10 days prior to the protest that is planned. Further, it is also important to mention that on an earlier occasion, when the Cockroach Janta Party was given permission to hold a protest there, they did not follow the lawful directions and did not follow their own undertakings given at that point in time. Therefore, because of not following the legal directions, their own undertaking, and the prevalent law and order situation, and to maintain public safety, law and order, and traffic regulation, this time the permission is rejected; it is not approved. It is important to mention that in the New Delhi area, Section 163 of the BNSS (Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita) is in operation, under which, to maintain public order and safety, a reasonable preventive restriction is in place. Rahul Gandhi’s reply to Elon Musk’s tweet today exposes two things that define Rahul Gandhi’s and the Congress ecosystem’s politics. Nothing exposes them better than this one tweet.

First, when discussions were going on last year about Starlink’s possible entry into India, the Congress party opposed it, alleging that this was being done to support businessmen close to Prime Minister Modi. They even brought in the national security angle to oppose Starlink’s entry.

And now, the same Rahul Gandhi has made a complete U-turn and is pushing for Starlink’s entry into India. He has not only reversed his party’s stand from a few months ago, but has also conveniently forgotten the national security arguments his own party had raised then.

This shows that Rahul Gandhi’s opposition is simply for the sake of opposition. When they thought the Modi government was supporting Starlink, they opposed it. Now, when they think the government is opposing it, they are supporting Starlink.

They can sway whichever way they want, as long as it is to oppose Modi. Principles, consistency and even national security can be conveniently forgotten.

Second, look at what has happened today and how history has parallels to this.

Rahul Gandhi is supporting a foreign businessman because he believes Indian businessmen are close to the Prime Minister. He seems willing to welcome a foreign businessman to challenge Indian businesses simply because he believes those businesses support Modi.

This reminds us of Jaichand. There are many such examples in Indian history where our own people sided with foreign interests to further their individual political ambitions. Every time, such choices cost the nation dearly. These divisions and betrayals contributed to centuries of foreign domination and subjugation.

Rahul Gandhi seems determined to replay the same textbook.

But this time, the consequences could extend beyond political hegemony to technological and economic dependence as well.

And for what? Just to oppose Modi?

Will you oppose India just to oppose Modi, Mr. Rahul Gandhi?

Times have changed. It is because of our forgiving nature, that India is facing these problems. Forgive, forgive, forgive, you have to draw a line somewhere. This court commuted death sentence in a case where father raped and murdered his elder daughter. Goes to jail on life imprisonment on the basis of the mother’s testimony. After some years the father comes out on parole and murders the mother in front of his younger daughter. On the younger daughter’s testimony, he’s given death sentence. And then death sentence is commuted to life sentence by the Supreme Court on the ground that he did not murder the younger child. That is why we say, our forgiving nature has to come to an end somewhere: Supreme Court Justice Dipankar Datta while hearing plea seeking premature release of a life convict whose death sentence was commuted to life imprisonment after a prolonged delay in deciding his mercy petition.

"130 million Indians removed from voting" - this is the propaganda being spread around the world now by a coordinated operation.

Let's see where this "130 million" is coming from.

SIR is a constitutionally required revision of electoral rolls as per a section in Art 324, 1950 of the Indian constitution.

The govt has to do it. It was last done in 2003. It must have been done again last decade by 2013, but it was delayed for various reasons.

The world's largest population, India, registers deaths of about 5-6 million people a year (Covid was higher. And as per these same foreign propaganda accounts, it was "millions more").

Since 2003, until 2026 when SIR was done, in 23 years, 138 million Indians have died at 6 million deaths a year. Or 115 million at 5 million deaths a year.

Apart from this, so many Indians migrated to other cities, towns, and states. So they will also be removed from existing rolls as they already have new addresses to vote from.

Now, during 2026 SIR, EC has only made a draft count of Absent, Shifted, Dead and Duplicate entries - and this comes to 130+ million. It is not even final deletion - the list is challenged by parties, people via appeals, goes to court etc to get finalized.

So this "130 million removed from voting in India" is fake news and fear mongering deliberately done to make the world believe "India has deleted 130 million eligible voters in some unconstitutional scam operation."

The fake news and fear mongering is being spread in a coordinated way internationally. Along with planted nothing-burger reports creating doubts on EC and a protest movement on the same in the name of Gen-Z.

The GoI is totally failing in at least fighting the fake news and misinformation.

They seem to have zero independent network to counter these 'paid to post' international SM influencers that don't look like an IT cell defending the govt.

As for any influence in international media - forget it, India seems to have ZERO, while pauper Pakistan seems to run whatever news it wants on major media orgs. Shame.

And Indians themselves are not being educated well by GoI on what's SIR, the need for it etc. Forget fighting the misinfo campaign at international level.

Such gaps in information, communication, and PR is so easy to be used by adversaries for planting their own fake news to turn even Indians against the GoI.

Apathy and ineptitude in fighting infowar and PR cost. No matter how successful we are in internal and external security, and in fighting traditional means of war against the country.

I have said this before and will say it again - everything from some deranged boys throwing stones on Vande Bharat, to a perverted group doing gang rape, to riots in some cities, to protests and huge movements for regime change, are all being triggered and run via Social Media.

If our own people can be easily turned against us using misinfo and fake news within our own country, and we cannot do anything about it, then we are still weak.
