Poor Titch was so upset about another lockdown. I assured that she will still get her walks and that as our Pet Centre is open all through lockdown she won't run short of food. She did seem happier with that news, but she was too cosy to budge from her bed.
The Swan Hotel played a very important role in Bibury acting as the Manor Court. Here, the fate of local felons was duly decided by magistrates and prisoners were held overnight in the village lock-up - a small octagonal stone building that’s still located in our car park today!
