The ideal way is to prepay loan as early as possible by making bullet payments. Thirdly, try finding property through savings more, use loan only partially.

There needs to be stringent guidelines for institutions for refunding the held up money, with interest and penalty in case of delays. With lakhs of rupees held up parents are left in a distressed situation for fee payments. @ugc_india @SupremeCourtIND @EduMinOfIndia
