For the autumn menu, our friends at Restaurant Grön sought a harvest-inspired drink pairing.
This beer is paired with butter-poached Finnish Lapland Puikula, chives, and vendace roe on Grön's autumn menu.

With a bit of our treatment it’s more yellow, fresh and hop forward than it’s original counterparts.
Next step is maturing this with grapefruit mash and Phantasm!

We brewed a special batch of our Rice Common to celebrate the first ever Michelin Guide Nordic Gala hosted in Finland.

This goes well with any season. Contrary to what you might expect, this doesn’t have any burn from the chipotles though!

For the winter menu at Restaurant Grön we created a beautiful dark saison flavored with star anise. The beer will be paired with their dessert of roasted chestnut ice cream, black currant berries and wood. ❤️

This is a Mezcal BA version of a beer we created to play as a dessert wine. A 10.8% Imperial Saison with heaps of macerated raspberries. Now we conditioned the same beer with mezcal oak.
