But 'tis strange:
And oftentimes, to win us to our harm,
The instruments of darkness tell us truths;
Win us with honest trifles, to betray's
In deepest consequence.
-- Henry Neville (aka: Shakespeare), Macbeth
@filmstofilms_ I loved this movie when I was a kid. Now I consider it a below average movie sprinkled with some great scenes, namely the junk yard scene of Superman vs. Bizarro.
@Todd_Spence Die Hard is my all-time favorite movie, but Ebert may have been right in that the dumb cop in charge character (Dwayne Robinson?) could have been better written. It might have even made the whole thing more interesting.
@ATRightMovies Aliens, Die Hard, Field of Dreams, Predator, Crimson Tide, The Lion King, The Untouchables, The Hunt for Red October, Breakdown, Back to the Future, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, Jaws, Proof, The Abyss, Batman Begins, Braveheart, A Beautiful Mind, Superman: The Movie, The Firm
@DoniTheMisfit Read "Weird Scenes Inside the Canyon" by David McGowan. All sorts of good stuff there.
I'll go one step further than McGowan did/would, however: Consider the idea that most "serial killers" who are household names, Charles Manson being the prime example, are psyop hoaxes.
@ATRightMovies Billy Budd, The Last of Sheila, Criminal (John Reilly), Breaker Morant, Matewan, The Square, The Interview (Hugo Weaving) Tickled (Docu) Thin Ice, The Invitation, 99 Homes, The Art of the Steal (Docu) Deep Water (Docu) Locke, Unknown (Jim Caviezel) Kwik Stop, Great World of Sound
@BrockRiddickIFB Similarly to how the Earth could be an infinite plane, the age of the Earth could be infinite. So it could also be said that there is no age. Everything just IS.
