this is what happens when you get too much of that nano particle in the sky to manipulate the weather. Your so called clouds look like this , no dynamic resiliance or rigid structure. Instead you have a feathered out outside shell and it resembles more of like a mist that is flat . Also it will roll up like yarn in some areas. Also noticed a classic box like nexrad microwave structure.

OBAMA was involved in the CREATION of U.S. BIOLABS conducting gain-of-function research of deadly pathogens across the world, especially in Ukraine using U.S. taxpayer dollars, through agencies like USAID.
