3) 3-bet more.
Everyone overfolds to the BB 3-bet. Pool is too strong in that formation, so fold equity is massive.
3-bet with suited connectors, suited Ax and even some 2 gappers vs wide formations.
@SubRosaMagick Biggest libido booster in the world as well. If I eat cloves daily, it's sends my libido and erections through the roof. I have to take them every other day or few days now π
@IngeniousSam@someguyidkbro@WSOP@phil_hellmuth For sure, I just enjoy my quality of life much more when I'm booking consistent wins throughout the week, tournaments are draining mentally when it doesn't go right which is most of the time statiscally, so I just play the bigger gtd stuff when it rolls into town.
@IngeniousSam@someguyidkbro@WSOP@phil_hellmuth Being profitable at tournaments and having a positive ROI is not the same as making consistent income from it to sustain a living. If you are a casual grinder and make money at it cool, but high volume grinders know you can go on 300-500 buyin downswings.
@IngeniousSam@someguyidkbro@WSOP@phil_hellmuth Sincere congrats, but think longterm, tournaments aren't sustainable, you can't reliably replicate those results in today's game environment over a large sample in mass field donkaments
I'm a live cash grinder with a $45 hourly & 70% win rate over 6k hours, much more fun imo
@Auzd1npoker@PokerJermz also I"ll mix in some utg limps on soft tables w/ Axs Kxs & J10s depending on stack dynamics & ndividual/ table player game flow, Something to be said about giving different looks & always "being in the pot" & not letting our opponents breathe if we can w/out much risk to us.
@Auzd1npoker@PokerJermz I understand what you meant, I'm actually not a fan of limping short often, I incorporate limps mostly from late pos to realize post from hj co or bu, when having a large chip differential (3-1 or bigger) 40+ bb deep vs rest of opponents that have optimal 3 bet jamming stacks
