@SSRGALaw @akamliving @EliteAmenity friendly reminder the service dog documentation contains a doctors letter. The entire board & Akam etc do not need to see it. It’s protected information given to only one board member. There is no consent for him to provide to anyone else

Not surprised @ToyotaManhattan didn’t respond. Their service center didn’t care while I was there. So disorganized I was told to come find my car amongst hundreds. But @Toyota - is this your brand!?! Can’t even get your website to accept pic in contact toyota
