It’s my daughters birthday today. It’s been 15 months since I touched cocaine. There were many times I went to sleep with a note on my pillow for her incase I died in the night. She is simply the only reason I am still here now.

Yesterday was a big day. 100 days without any cocaine, 6 months in my new job (after 15 months without a job) and almost 6 months in a new town away from a very damaging relationship. My life has changed so very much recently after I nearly lost everything

Been such a long time I’ve posted. I was taking C daily for 3yrs & stuck in a toxic relationship.
Now. I haven’t touched it for months. Moved 200 miles away. Haven’t seen him since. I’m working after 15 months out of work. Happier than I’ve been years. Life is good again
