When we talk about burnout, I often think back to my final year in medical school.

At the time, I was preparing for my final professional exams while also serving as the Editor of my class yearbook and the Research Coordinator for NiMSA's Ethics Committee.

- Ask for help
- Accept help when it is offered
- Set healthy boundaries
- Delegate tasks when possible
- Let go of unrealistic expectations and unnecessary pressure
- Attend regular health check-ups
