@NaGyamfi_ @elvis_quajo CEOs(Teaching Hosps), Medical Directors(Regional Hosps), Medical Supts(District hosps, including CHAG hosps) are the ones who run the show day to day. These are all MDs. In some instances, there is a governing board for policy direction
