In the Odyssey, after the slaughter of the suitors, Odysseus deals with the female slaves of the palace.
Eurycleia tells him which of the servant women were unfaithful and slept with the suitors. There are twelve of these slave women. Odysseus first orders them to clean the hall (to remove the corpses and wash away the blood). Then he leads them out into the courtyard.
There Telemachus hangs them all together with a rope from a high beam (like birds caught in a net), in order to punish them with a dishonorable death.
The remaining slave women who had stayed faithful are spared and continue to serve in the palace.
The relatives of the slain suitors gather and attack to take revenge. A battle breaks out, in which the father of Antinous, Eupeithes, is killed. The goddess Athena (in the form of Mentor) and Zeus intervene. Athena stops the fighting and imposes peace among the people of Ithaca, so that the cycle of bloodshed will not continue.
The Odyssey ends with the definitive restoration of order, family, and peace on Ithaca.
This is a just ending according to the ways, customs, and justice of the Greeks of that era. There is nothing misogynistic about it. Anyone who reaches such anachronistic conclusions is ignorant, unhistorical, uneducated, and stupid.
Christopher Nolan is an insignificant man, weak and unworthy of interpreting Homer’s Odyssey. That is the reason he will be forgotten. The film may make millions and billions; it interests no one except the fools.
What matters most is that the true face of this ideology is revealed. An ideology that acts like a cancer in our societies and rots the souls of the younger generations. An ideology that knows only how to poison people’s thinking and future, turning them into slaves of their own selves. A decline that will be written on the blackest pages of history.

Nolan on why he gutted the real ending of The Odyssey: "The end of the poem is so grim and so misogynistic, I had to exclude some of that material."
He didn't adapt Homer. He edited him for wrongthink.
3,000 years of literature, rewritten because a millionaire director decided the original was problematic.
Note he waited until the film had been out a week to release this information.

Meanwhile the Ukrainian Kostyuk:
A reminder that she is MARRIED. And xenophobic people like her love to criticize Russian but behave like that #unlikable

🚨🗣️ Roy Keane:
"I'm looking at some of these decisions and, honestly, it's becoming impossible to ignore the pattern. It feels like Argentina are getting the benefit of far too many big calls, and that's something football simply cannot afford."
"This is the World Cup. Billions of people are watching, including fans who only tune in every four years. When even casual viewers are questioning the officiating, you've got a serious problem. The integrity of the competition has to come first."
"Football is the most beautiful sport in the world because it's supposed to be decided by the players—not by controversial decisions that leave everyone arguing after the final whistle."
"If FIFA wants people to trust the game, then every nation has to be treated exactly the same. The moment fans believe one team is being favoured, the reputation of the tournament takes a massive hit."
