Great leadership is measured by how many people you lift, not how many you outshine.
If your pride comes from tearing others down, you’ve missed the point.
Great leaders build people, creating clarity, confidence, and direction.
They don’t hoard knowledge. They transfer it. They don’t intimidate. They empower. They don’t compete. They develop.
The real flex isn’t being the smartest in the room it’s building a room full of smart, capable people.
Because when your people win, you win.

Africa’s next creative revolution won’t come from imitation, it will come from innovation.
At the Genius Creators Summit, I shared how technology and creativity can work together to shape Africa’s story in the age of AI.
At @NASENIHQ, we’re building platforms and partnerships to help young Africans create and tell their own stories.
Let’s make Africa the home of original ideas, not imported ones, because the future belongs to those who create it.
#InfinitePossibilities
“Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you are right.”
~ Henry Ford
When you approach challenges with a mindset that says, “I can figure this out,” you open yourself to creativity, resilience, and new possibilities.
When you approach them with “I can’t,” you close the door before even trying.
In entrepreneurship, mindset sets the tone for the entire team.
People don’t just follow your actions, they follow your conviction.
So, the next time you’re faced with a difficult decision or an ambitious goal, remember: Your first victory happens in your mind.
What’s one belief that has helped you push through tough moments?

What if we tried it differently? What if we looked closer? What if the problem is actually the opportunity?
If there’s one thing I’d tell anyone building a career or company, it’s this; don’t lose your sense of wonder.
Once curiosity dies, comfort takes its place. And nothing extraordinary grows there.

Over 17m Nigerians live abroad—many are scientists, engineers & entrepreneurs powering global innovation.
Today at NiDCOM HQ, I met Hon. @abikedabiri to chart a new path with @NASENIHQ & @nidcom_gov, to see how we can link diaspora expertise with innovators at home.
NASENI is building bridges for tech transfer, funding & skills exchange. And together with partnerships like this, we’ll grow our economy under the #RenewedHope Agenda.
To drive this, we’re launching the #ReverseJapa Program, for our professionals abroad to return, contribute & join the nation-building task.
This is about turning brain drain into brain gain, and building a more #InnovativeNigeria.
#ReverseJapa #InfinitePossibilities
Nigeria, with Africa’s largest youth population, is full of untapped ideas.
Like a young man I met in Kano who built a water purifier from everyday materials. He has no lab, no investors, just resilience.
To support thousands stories like his, we launched #InnovateNaija yesterday at #GITEXNigeria. Backed by the Presidency, powered by @NASENIHQ, and supported by @AfriLabs.
The program provides N250 million in funding, including a N100 million grand prize.
It is Nigeria’s biggest innovation challenge and one of West Africa’s largest, designed to unlock #InfinitePossibilities, scale youth-led solutions across Africa, and prove our capabilities.
To young innovators, this is your moment.

The National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (@NASENIHQ) held the second phase of its Strategic Focus Group Meetings in Borno State to promote Made-in-Nigeria goods.
The forum gathered stakeholders, including industrialists, academics, entrepreneurs, and government officials, to discuss enhancing the quality, competitiveness, and market access of Nigerian products.
The initiative aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s “Nigeria First” policy, which prioritizes local goods to conserve foreign exchange, create jobs, and boost industrial growth.
The discussions emphasized innovation, research, and collaboration to strengthen local manufacturing and build sustainable value chains, aiming to make Nigerian products the preferred choice domestically and globally.
