@RbfAly @boxycharm The last I knew, the social media team doesn't have access to our accts so you have to contact customer service on the website. I think you answer the bot questions then it creates a ticket number for you. Hope this helps.

@__danasaurusrex @boxycharm From what I have learned, they don't have any customer service reps that have access to our accts on the social media sites so they just pass the message along. I've read that others have had luck when they go through the bot on their page and create a ticket number. Good luck!
