@AmericanAir Never mind they ALSO left my kid without any way to contact me because the FA didn’t call me, didn’t connect him to wifi in the terminal, but took him to her office, leaving me to search the AMS airport to find him after his first cancellation on the 2nd!

@AmericanAir rescheduled my unaccompanied minor flights 5 times in 3 days, we spent $300+ on commuting back & forth for rebooked flights only for the tickets to be rebooked again out of a different city & said “no” to any offer of compensation or voucher 😂

@AmericanAir Maybe when they ACTUALLY fly out because their flight for 2 Jan is now for 8 Jan and out of a different city.. 2 8 hr trips to the airport on consecutive days with no reimbursement? No lodging? No voucher for future use? CRAZY
