It’s contactless almost everywhere in the UK, and I never hold cash. Ffs, it was 10pm. Where am I gonna get cash?

Luckily, there was a cash machine right outside the spa.

I withdrew £100 cash, the spa massage was £40, I paid and I was asked to wait in a room.

I was given a towel and asked to undress and lie on the bed.
