Consume is alarming! Yet we complain of have poor health. Most of these seasoning species are made from salt and sugar, most of them are boldly written in their packs. So, why adding a lot to just that amount of. Rice? Why? I mean why???🤦🏼‍♀️😩

I just watched a video of a lady who acclaim to be a Che/caterer using a pack of knotr seasoning cubes for just 2paints of rice!
My God, she even added some other seasoning spices to it.
All I have to say is, I pity her customers 😩😩Omo, the amount of Boullion cubes some people
