@r0tting33fairy i literally love honey so much but the ones i can buy have a lot of sugar added into them so i dont rlly eat it but id say honey and maple syrup isnt bad if its organic!!
@secretlifeofjj0 i quit just anything that has added sugar into it so i check the nutrition facts label and i was literally so surprised cause every sauce and bread has sugar
@Puppyrocket_ fruit still has sugar but its not exactly like refined sugar so id say its okay to eat in moderation, i eat fruit occasionally (fruit tastes a lot sweeter now lol) and id say stevia is okay since i dont think it has sugar ^^

the taste will only last a few seconds and will lead to you being bloated the whole day. finding comfort in food isnt good for you and sugar is literally meant to be addictive.
