1. Bakit po may mga naka secure even without membership code?

2. Bakit po hindi kinaya na membership code first before queue, pero nagawa naman sa ibang kpop group?

3. Bakit po parang ang konti lang ng alloted seats for membership presale?

4. Bakit po meron pa ding mga direct links? Can't we do anything about this especially you @smtickets since you are the ticket service provider

5. Please do something with the scalpers @pulpliveworld cancel the ticket of needed.
