How long does it take for you to just check the package status and ensure it’s delivered. I can check the awb & so can your team. Its been 5 days

Its a prepaid order. And for 4 consecutive days I have received this. And now the order is in Mumbai but RTO status.

So sick of following up with @MobiKwikSWAT @MobiKwik on calls/twitter/app for my refund of 10,177 since 6 Jan. Customer support keeps assuring it will be refunded in ‘TWO’ days. Not sure what’s their definition or 2 days.
