What I would do If I were to re-graduate with a FIRST CLASS today.
1. Thank God for making this far.
2. Thank my parents for sponsoring my education.
3. Post on Social Media that I graduated with a First class degree
4. Speak to 10 lecturers I took their courses and passed of my plans of applying to international scholarships.
5. Get my International passport/Transcript/Statement of result/certificate/English letter from my school.
6. Put my bachelor thesis into publication format and send to my supervisor for publication.
7. Join scholarship Whatsapp groups
8. Check the application timeline for @MtScholarships, @iScholarInitia1 and @EdUSANigeria OFP program. To sponsor my GRE/GMAT/IELTS/TOEFL.
9. Check the Erasmus Mundus Catalogue to find 5 programs that matched my background. Then Apply.
10. Apply to commonwealth shared scholarships. Atleast 5 UK schools.
11. Find accountability partners to discuss our progress.
12. I will shadow mark 3 - 5 US schools that offers app fee waiver. Then submit application incase Uncle T opens the gate.
13. At this point, I will land myself to Europe. I will go to google to search for masters program in English French Universities. I make a note of them and reach out to the coordinator that I would like to be considered for the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship.
14. Land into Italy and check calabria, torino etc for their masters scholarships.
15. Find a scholar to review my document. I will shadow mark them on Linkedin
16. OH! I will go for NYSC.
17. At this point, If nothing works out. I will rinse and repeat.
Omo to make am no easy. Congratulations to those that made it out.
@powerfulbadeeu I’ve been on the lookout lately. However, I haven’t written IELTS yet, and I saw in one of your tweets that one should not rely on an English proficiency letter from school
