Sipping lightly from a mug, the sweet delicacy of the hot chocolate cascading warmly down her throat, pooling along the pit of her stomach, easing away any tension that had seized her from the day.

She’s experiencing an episode of sleep paralysis. She can’t move — breathing is heightening at an alarming rate.
She can’t ignore the sight of the Bent-neck lady hovering above her, face eclipsed with the darkened shade of the night as always.

If she is being completely honest — no, she’s not the least bit okay.

It’s such a beautiful day outside — sun is shining brightly and heating up the atmosphere quite nicely.

Lately I’ve been under the impression he doesn’t want to hear me out — he’s so far out of it, I don’t know why I even make any efforts with him. He’s so cold towards me — he’s meant to be our big brother — but all I see is a complete stranger. All he seems to care about is ~~

Steve… he’s in a strange place of his own design. We all hate what he did but of course, sold our souls which makes it kind of, but not really, even. I’m going to be blunt (when isn’t she) Steve has no material for a new book, so stress is real for a hack.

Writing these books. I mean — he’s a devout skeptic. . . yet he publishes these stories as if he is a firm believer. It’s like I don’t even know him anymore.

That would be truly amazing — though I hope this doesn’t become our new way of keeping in contact. It’d be nice to ~~
