@_AHariharan@mov_axbx From memory, I believe it was the Smurf-3, but it’s not a big issue — it can simply be replugged or reconfigured so that any host can take ownership. Longer-term, our goal is a truly headless architecture where no single host permanently “owns” the device.
Interesting booth at SC25. These guys are doing all sorts of crazy stuff with PCIe. They had multiple physical GPUs shared simultaneously with multiple physical machines (not VMs) over fiber.
