𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆: Missouri Attorney General Catherine Hanaway is opening up an official investigation into ESPN’s Matt Miller.
Matt Miller was recently in a car accident resulting in losing his arm.
Leading up to the accident heat was rising as many people were coming out accusing Miller of fraud and various scams.
Miller allegedly commissioned hundreds of fantasy leagues over the last few years and not paid out winnings. Resulting in Sleeper banning his account.
He allegedly collected dues intended for charities that were not in operation and under his own name.
Miller allegedly sold scouting courses between $500 - $1200 and repeatedly ghosted clients after payment was made.
New York: it's hot out there, and the power grid is working overtime to keep us cool.
Set your AC to 78 degrees, turn off lights/electronics you're not using, and unplug what you can.
Our City is doing its part too: maintaining the 78 degrees rule in our buildings, dimming/turning off our lights during peak electricity demand, asking private partners to do the same, and powering down non-essential equipment.
A stable grid means the AC stays on, and lives are saved. Let's ease demand — and get through the heat — together.
Last week, I was involved in a serious car accident in Missouri and was airlifted to Mercy Hospital. I’m deeply grateful for the exceptional care I have received, from the first responders to the doctors, nurses and medical staff. I’m incredibly fortunate to be writing this.
As a result of the accident, I sustained significant injuries, including multiple fractures and broken ribs. I also underwent a life-saving amputation of my left arm. While I have a long road ahead, I’m focused on my recovery and taking things one day at a time.
Thank you for the overwhelming support, prayers and kind messages — they have meant so much to me and my family during this time.
I look forward to continuing my recovery and getting back to ESPN to talk football, including what should be an exciting 2027 NFL Draft class.
She said this on the intercom after announcing we had to deplane post-boarding. I think she was trying to say it could’ve been worse than a door issue, but my god. Everyone around me jumped and gasped. Truly unacceptable decisions by trained staff @AmericanAir
Mechanical delay turned my 6am-1:30pm trip into a 21+ hour, 3-leg rebooking arriving past midnight.
Flight attendant told the cabin “at least we didn’t blow up in the air.”
Phone + desk say nothing more they can do besides a single $12 meal voucher.
Do better @AmericanAir
Did you guys ever actually read the book Moneyball? It’s honestly impressive they made a movie out of it bc if you read it it’s certainly not an obvious pathway to a full length film.
Today’s entry on the list of 250 films about the United States in this 250th birthday year of the republic: Moneyball. It’s the true story of how America’s pastime changed forever due to original, statistical thinking. Other sports and disciplines (3 pointers in basketball, free operating cash flow in stocks, etc) followed suit. I hear that Brad Pitt is easy on the eyes.

He has a fragile sense of control tied to his identity, so when that’s threatened he compensates by trying to control others and reshaping the narrative to protect himself instead of tolerating discomfort or taking accountability.
