@SouthernRailUK And our consolation in that is what? You know you've given a sub contract to an incompetent company and we just have to live with that? Great. Credit where due though, as a social team you do a great job of dealing with the sh*t your company causes to come your way.
@SouthernRailUK an absolute shambles of a bus replacement between Oxted & Uckfield currently. A very aggressive 'coordinator' trying to syphen people of various buses, telling us on going to Hurst Green, one direct to East Grinstead.
@SouthernRailUK We couldn't board the 22:46 bus as the train was late to Oxted owing to red lights in the East Croydon area so we arrived late into Oxted. But of course, the buses were dispatched without any consideration of that fact #incompetence@SouthernRailUK
@SouthernRailUK But ultimately it will be ignored and nothing will change. And I can guarantee that 'Revenue Enforcement Officers' will be out in force across the network through the week to make sure @SouthernRailUK rake the cash in for this substandard service. Absolute joke.
@SouthernRailUK No, I've been herded onto a bus telling me it will be going to Edenbridge in a very disparaging manner like I'm the issue. Apparently it's only going to Edenbridge. No idea what those that need the stations further down the line are going to do. Customer Service seriously lacking
Not the drivers' fault I know, they can only do what this anonymous "controller" is telling them to do, and they are trying to help but your man on the ground needs to learn some customer care. We're being treated like we're in the wrong. Standard @SouthernRailUK customer care.
The bus I'm on apparently is only going to Edenbridge so god-only know what's happening for those than need Hever, Cowden, Eridge etc down to Uckfield. Absolute shambles.
@RugbyInsideLine I feel as though JvdF is the back row to miss out. Chessum, Morgan and Conan to start with Earl and Pollock on the bench. That said, Farrell Snr knows vdF and may back him, but I don't think the form so far has shown he's earned it.
@RugbyInsideLine 85 quid is an insane price point for a supporter shirt that isn't even cotton.
It's a shame as, Castore quality and the 100% polyester bit aside, I'd be in the market for this to replace my aging 2004 edition long sleeved, collared one.
You want eight five quid for this @EnglandRugby? For a support shirt? With @CastoreEngland's reputation?
ยฃ85 used to be the price point for a match replica version. You've gone mad!
Shame, as I actually like this one. It would replace my Nike long sleeved one from 2004 nicely.
@londonirish Just a joy to watch your enthusiasm both on the pitch and on the sidelines at Brentford. So chuffed for you that you got that cap @omdhoskins.
Antoine Dupint wearing an @RugbyFCLA cap at Stade de France this evening. Nice to see @usmlr getting some decent representation. Shame it wasn't a @SeawolvesRugby hat!
@SixNationsRugby@Womens6Nations@SixNationsU20 The deal is described as "innovative".
What exactly is innovative about it?
Don't get me wrong, I'm happy it's remained FTA, but please do away with the superfluous marketing-fluff words.
