@greateranglia Hi. I have been informed my train has a time change, and that i can use my ticket on the 2 trains before and after if I want. Does that mean 2 before and 2 after, or 1 train either side of mine?

@greateranglia I'm on the liverpool street to Ipswich train, which has been delayed, meaning I'm going to miss my onward connection at Ipswich. What can I do?

@greateranglia Is there no way to get my train to wait? As things stand at the moment I have 3 minutes to get from platform 3 to platform 1. If they could wait a few minutes we'd make it. Waiting another hour is not an option. I have a disabled family member with me.
