Three market phases:
1) Tariff scare - price down, vol up toward 60
2) Relief rally - price jumps up, vol reverts to 50
3) Range high - price flat, vol trends down to 45

Phase I — Volatility cushion
Early bulls punished on wicks to 75. Our call had an initial delta loss, but this was offset by vega and gamma outpacing theta.

Phase II — Dynamic leverage
BTC breaks through 90, our call goes up 3x. Meanwhile, vol pnl flattens as relief translates into lower iv.

Phase III — Consolidation
We're now at-the-money and have picked up exposure to gamma and vega. We'll bleed if price stops moving but we can decide what to do next from a position of strength: take profit, roll higher/further or spread calls if you think upside is capped.
