Us @nufc fans all said at the start of the summer, ask all the players do they want to stay and if not get rid asap looks like Tonali didn’t want to stop so we can’t complain now they are selling him and for good money let’s be honest 85 million sell him all day long even if it’s to Tottenham obviously for the money so why do we want him to hang around 1 minute it was champions league football, then European football, now it’s a project (help a relegation threatened side improve)

We can have a bad season but if we don’t learn from these mistakes we will never move forward

Now is the time for change and I am not necessarily talking about the manager..

Stop the public team photos after every win, keep them for internal positivity within group but don’t need to take one when we beating the likes of West Ham at home 3-1

Stop the false provado like at the full time whistle in the away win to Chelsea when we are celebrating Jacob Murphy being captain, applaud the fans and move on to the game let’s start getting more professional

Stop the loyalty as it only last so long, SAF and Man Utd for years would win the biggest prizes then sell their so called best players and move forward as a club, a couple of summers ago we gambled on keeping Anthony Gordon over keeping Elliott Anderson and Yakub Minteh 2 players we have spent over 90 million trying to replace in Elanga and Ramsey, the likes of Hall, Miley and Anderson were the future and would never down tools if they were getting linked to other clubs and fast forward 2 years Gordon can’t get out the door quick enough

Except Bruno, Thaiw and Hall if someone bids for any of the players we should listen to the bid and reinvest it in hungrier players

Buy players who want to play for Newcastle United and want to fight for the club not just a quick move to elsewhere easy said than done I appreciate that but I didn’t see any bidding wars over Elanga and Ramsey last summer, dare I say we should have been all over the Xhaka deal buying a leader, a winner who could have helped the midfield a similar deal like we did for Trippier!

Almiron, Murphy, Willock, Wilson and even Ousla have purple patches in a season but deep down they aren’t good enough and some of the clubs who are linked with these players should tell you that. I still think the camp is divided over the Isak deal and if them Players are still at the club move them on we haven’t got time for bad apples they just rot the core

If you think the ball is in Southampton court over Ramsdale, who couldn’t displace a goalkeeper who is quite clearly not good enough and going to moved on then we need hard look at ourselves and that’s the blind loyalty that needs to be looked at

The @PIF_en and the @jamiereuben are some of the worlds biggest professionally run business there is out there let’s stop rolling over and getting out belly’s tickled and show some of that fight they would in their day to day business

Next season i genuinely believe we will come back stronger but have to change a lot of things and mentality is the biggest if we want to be anywhere near a big club by 2030 start acting like one!!

In Football no one remembers 2nd place and especially not 12th..

A big reset and wake up call is very much needed

Thank you to the travelling support today , clearly a very disappointing result at the the end of an underwhelming season, despite some great moments in the champions league and other domestic cups we have not lived up to where we should and need to be.
