@BestBuy absolute worst service at the Brooklyn Ohio and Chat Bot service. Been trying to get in touch with any live agent for over 2 hours. Chat has taking over 30 minutes to get a live agent. Online says closed for remodeling so trying to find out how to pick up an order.
