And just like that... the rotten, power-hungry politicians have done it again.
They’ve smeared the most powerful, most beautiful, most unifying movement this country has ever seen — and painted it in the ugliest colors of TRIBE.
Shame on every politician pushing tribal hashtags like #WeAreAllKikuyus.
This movement wasn’t born from tribal identity. It was born from pain. From hunger. From stolen dreams. From blood. It was born from a generation that said: ENOUGH.
Now ask yourself:
Will we go to the ballot singing tribal slogans — or will we vote for leaders with brains, integrity, and vision?
Is this the country we want — where one tribe is always trying to feel superior, entitled, and untouchable while others are told to sit back and accept their place?
Is this what Gen Z has been dying in the streets for?
We are not fighting to replace one tribal king with another. We are not dying for tribes — we are fighting for justice, jobs, dignity, accountability, equality.
So stop dragging us back into the mud our parents and grandparents have been drowning in for 60 years!
Many of us have grown up watching our parents beg for jobs, only to be rejected because of a second name.
We’ve seen them work for decades without promotions, because they didn’t belong to the “right” community.
We’ve watched brilliant minds rot in poverty because a greedy system prioritized tribe over merit.
And now — here you are again — trying to revive that same dead, cursed politics that has destroyed generations.
Let’s be honest: This tribal narrative won’t hurt the Kikuyu politician.
It will hurt Kariuki. It will hurt Mwangi. It will hurt the young Kikuyu hustler on the ground — who just wants to live, eat, and dream in peace — like the rest of us.
To the youth of this nation:
We are NOT Kikuyu. We are NOT Luo. We are NOT Luhya. We are NOT Kalenjin.
We are TRIBELESS. We are united by the pain of inequality and the hunger for a better Kenya.
All we want is a fair shot, an equal chance, a country that works — not just for the privileged few — but for all of us.
To the politicians:
Your time is up. You’ve failed. And your tribal games?
We are burning them. Right now. In broad daylight.
Your fake hashtags, your empty words, your dirty politics — we reject them.
This is not your revolution. It never was.
