@rhuttenhain If you are happy with Thermo Dionex 3000 Ultimate RSLCnano, then that can be integrated with TimsTOF with a Bruker pluggin, no contact closure needed. Obviously, it is an older system by design lacking those cool features of neo.

@YishaiLevin @TrostLab This is a bit grey area, I suppose. From a user's perspective, it's important to distinguish LC issues from MS and on timsToF additionally captive spray as a third component. Even 'Wellness test' with GluFib for MS2 sensitivity using ESI doesn't helpas source para are different

@educhicano Possibly outgassing at high organic. I see this on our timsTOF captivespray source when non-emitter columns are used and where LC doesn't have on-line degasser. Tried solvent sonication, degassing etc, but didn't help. Changed to emitter columns (expensive) and now looks better.
