@Form52 @Instacart It’s not the drivers fault, the app is down and won’t show us the customers location until we get to the delivery part. Chances are the customer checked out and the app went down. It wasn’t even letting us message the customer.

@DAnteFourPrez Your app is still not working? Mine is showing crappy batches but still saying system issue with batch availability so I’m nervous to accept one and the same thing happens.. cancellation rate went up to 12% 😭
