@AvantiWestCoast Thanks for your swift reply miles. If only you were qualified to operate a train service. I’ve submitted a refund request. If you could feed back that given you issue e-tickets having to send a photo of the ticket seems almost as ridiculous as not being able to employ train crew.

@AvantiWestCoast@Martin_Barber I’ve never heard of a train without advance fares. I’ve only being travelling up and back on the west coast mainline for 20 years though so what would I know

@AddisonLeeHelp I don’t understand why you pretend to take advance bookings. I booked and paid for our taxi to the airport many weeks ago and you are already late and apparently struggling to find a cab due to high demand in my area.
